Zusammenfassung

Capol, part of the Freudenberg Group, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our hybrid team in Germany. You will contribute to variance analyses, budgets, forecasts, and financial planning at project, business unit, and company levels, working closely with project managers and the sales team.

The role requires a degree in Business Administration or Finance and at least 2 years in Controlling, with strong MS Excel and SAP skills. We value precision, collaboration, and initiative.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification (University or University of Applied Sciences).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Controlling.
• Strong expertise in Controlling, Finance, and Accounting.
• Proven MS Excel and SAP proficiency.
