Zusammenfassung

Capol GmbH in Elmshorn, part of the Freudenberg Group, seeks an Operations Manager to lead production with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset. You will coordinate production orders, resources, and priorities; provide technical leadership to Production and Engineering; ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards; and drive continuous improvement under Operational Excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical or food technology qualification (or equivalent vocational training).
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a shift-based production environment preferred.
• Further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a comparable certification is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in production or operations.
• Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or process manufacturing industry preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong hands-on mentality with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and organized manner.
• Strong assertiveness, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to drive results.
