Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Field Testing & Phenotyping Specialist to join the Seed Product Development team in Eschbach, Germany, handling trials from setup to data analysis for corn and sunflower crops.

The role requires a degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field and at least 3 years in R&D, with fluency in French and English; German is a plus. This permanent position offers international collaboration and growth opportunities.

We are looking for a Field Testing and Phenotyping Specialist to join our Seed Product Development (SPD) team and support our R&D trials for corn and sunflower in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire trial lifecycle—from experiment creation and planting to phenotyping activities and data analysis. This position is ideal for a hands‑on individual who is motivated by contributing directly to agricultural product development

Your Profile

• Higher education in Agricultural Engineering or related field.
• Strong Knowledge in Sunflower and Corn cultivation.
• At least 3 years’ experience in R&D.

• Strong record of innovation and applying new technology
• Willingness to work flexible working hours and travel frequently.
• Good communication skills in French and English. German skills are a plus.
