Zusammenfassung

VusionGroup is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale roll-out, deployment, installation and migration initiatives across an international customer base.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors and third-party partners, monitor costs and quality, and ensure customer buy-in and ongoing governance.

This fast-paced role offers hybrid work, global mobility potential, and opportunities to build detailed solution maps for diverse retailers.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on roll-out, deployment, installation, or migration projects.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor large-scale implementations, including cost tracking and quality control.
• Solid experience managing vendors, field services, and third-party installation partners.
• Strong customer-facing skills, with experience ensuring solution adoption and participating in governance or steering committees.
• Hands-on experience with operational monitoring, including issue tracking, risk management, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to coordinate stakeholders, manage partners/system integrators, and identify add-on sales opportunities.

• During Delivery Phase (Installations/Swap, Roll-out, Migration Plan):
• Create, Maintain & Monitor Implementation Plans
• Ensure Quality of Deliverables during Roll-out Projects
• Track Costs of Projects
• Ensure Buy-In of Solutions by Customers
• During Run Phase:
• Coordinate Services Rendered to Customers
• Ensure Operational Monitoring - Issue Tracking - Risk Management
• Manage Customers Reclaims
• Identify Add-ons Sales Opportunities
• Provide KPI’s and Measure Quality of Services Rendered
• Generic Missions:
• Manage vendors & field services installation third party
• Represent Vusion in Clients Relationship Governing Bodies
• Coordinate Communication to Client & Vusion Stakeholders
• Manage Relationship with Partners/System Integrators
• Build & Maintain Detailed Maps of the Customers Solutions
