• Flexible towards travelling.
• Fluency in English and German.
• An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position.

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of Energy storage systems and Supercharging network in Germany (and abroad when needed).

What to Expect

As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Germany. What You’ll Do

• Perform all on-site technical activities related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Germany and abroad when needed
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
• Stakeholder managment by acting as the first point of contact to contractors
• Team work on recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
• Organizational tasks including preparing, organizing, and planning your own technical activities
