Planet Pharma in Hamburg region is seeking a Field Service Engineer specialized in robotics to provide world-class customer service in a field-based role. The position entails performing service activities in line with Robotics service agreements and regulatory compliance, with extensive travel across Europe.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot, install/remove robotics systems, and train customers while collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and product quality.

Qualifikationen

• Technical degree or 6–10 years of technical experience.
• Strong understanding of hospital and O.R. protocols.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of maintenance reporting systems.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft products.
• Willing to travel domestically and in the EMEA group up to 50–75%.
• International travel may be required.

Job: Field Service Engineer, Robotics
Location: Hamburg Region
Travel: 50-70% across Europe, must be able to travel internationally as required
Start Date: Permanent, January
Language Requirements: English + German

Role:Provide world class customer service in a field service role that is customer facing with both internal and external customers. This role ensures
all service activities are performed and completed in accordance with Robotics service agreements and FDA/CE compliance. Cross functional
duties include process improvement, product improvement, training, sales support, and shipping logistics.

Responsibilities:Conduct daily business activities to include Troubleshooting, remove and replace system components, upgrading system platforms,
performing routine preventative maintenance and documentation compliance.
– Perform system installations and removal of robotics & products as required.
– Provide phone support and remote remediation for customer related issues.
– Provide onsite support for customer training and first look troubleshooting.
– Work with internal cross functional groups to achieve customer satisfaction, product improvement and process efficiencies.
– Assist in developing and maintaining service manuals, user manuals and training manuals to be current with product development.
– Uphold, collect, and assist in renewing all Service Contract Agreements with existing customers.

Qualifications:
