Job summary

NOVOSENSE Microelectronics in Munich seeks a technically skilled engineer to provide professional technical support to customers. You will understand our products, assist with evaluation and troubleshooting, and help drive design-in to mass production.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in electronics and strong analytical and communication abilities, with a proactive, team-oriented attitude and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of our products and customer applications and provide professional technical support to customers.
• Respond quickly to customer needs, analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges, support product application and issue resolution, and drive customer projects from evaluation and design-in through to mass production.
• Capture and summarize customer application issues and solutions, develop technical documentation, and support product promotion and market adoption.
• Stay up to date on industry developments and emerging technology trends, and provide application insights to support new product definition and enhance product competitiveness.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree or above.

Preferred Majors: Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Communications Engineering, Microelectronics, Electronic Information Engineering, or other related electronics disciplines.
