Job summary

Realtek Semiconductor Corp. in Munich, Germany seeks a Senior Field Application Engineer to provide technical expertise for Automotive Ethernet solutions, supporting customers from pre-sales to post-sales and ensuring seamless product integration.

You will collaborate with global engineering and sales teams, deliver presentations and workshops, assist with design and debugging, and help customers certify products in automotive networks. Fluent German and English are required, Mandarin helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive technical experience in IC design, system integration, or as a Field Application Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• Native-level German, professional working proficiency in English, and at least conversational proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring successful product integration, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
