Bots & People Product GmbH is seeking a qualified freelance facilitator with AI expertise to lead engaging live workshops for enterprise clients. The role blends live online sessions with self-guided learning to drive digital transformation and measurable skill adoption.

You will deliver virtual workshops, collaborate with educators to ensure high-quality content, and provide feedback to enhance learners’ AI capabilities. Availability for onsite sessions may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years training executives in digital skills, ideally generative AI.
• Professional experience in enterprise IT or digital transformation.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Freelance availability for live workshops, mostly online with possible onsite.

Our objective is to enhance workplace capabilities by equipping individuals with skills in emerging technologies. As a freelance facilitator, you will be instrumental in conducting workshops and interactive learning sessions that foster digital transformation for our enterprise clients. We focus on integrating live interactions with self-guided learning to ensure our participants are not only upskilled but also motivated. Learning that really sticks and spreads across teams and organisations.

Tasks

• Deliver engaging (virtual) live workshops on AI topics, ensuring they align with Bots & People’s social blended learning approach.
• Collaborate with other educators and industry experts to ensure the highest quality of educational content and stay updated with the latest developments in AI and related fields.
• Assess and provide feedback on participants’ progress, offering personalized guidance to enhance their understanding and skills in AI technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training curriculum by gathering participant feedback and implementing innovative teaching methods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training executive in Digital Skills - ideally generative AI
• Professional experience in enterprise IT or Digital Transformation
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Flexibility to work on a freelance basis with availability for live workshops and sessions — mostly online, but also potentially onsite.
• Experience using digital design and collaboration tools like Sana (LMS), Miro, Canva, Teams, Menti, Kahoot!, etc.
