United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver AI literacy programs for non-technical staff across the organization.

You'll identify skill gaps, create structured learning journeys, curate content on AI tools and responsible use, and embed learning into daily workflows with measurable impact.

RequirementsWhat you bring

• 3+ years in L&D, instructional design, or a related field
• Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools (not just ChatGPT on the weekend)
• The ability to make complex topics accessible without dumbing them down
• Strong facilitation skills – you can hold a room of skeptics and a room of enthusiasts equally well
• Comfort with ambiguity: this role is partly yours to define

Nice to have

• Background in organizational development or change management
• Experience in a scale-up environment
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics
