THRYVE, a 100+ strong AI-driven innovator, is hiring engineers in Germany to join our open‑source focused team. You’ll develop AI and ML solutions for in‑house products and customer projects, with emphasis on Python backend development and NLP.

Requirements include a master's in a related field, strong ML/AI experience, Python (C/C++/TypeScript a plus), and fluent German and English. We offer flexible hours, remote or on‑campus work, overtime compensation and a package up to €75,000.

• Collaborate with a highly skilled AI team

• DevOps, Python backend development, and machine learning,

• Contribute your own ideas and independently developed solutions to enhance product capabilities and push boundaries.

What You Bring:

• A master's degree in Informatiks, Software Engineering, AI or a related field.
• Strong experience in machine learning or AI
