Bots & People is seeking freelance AI workshop facilitators to deliver live, mainly online workshops for executives and leaders. You will join a vibrant trainer community and help enterprises upskill at scale in AI, data, and related fields.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging sessions, collaborating with experts, and providing feedback to learners while continuously improving training content. Flexibility for onsite sessions is possible.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in training executives in Digital Skills, ideally generative AI.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging audiences.
• Flexibility to work on a freelance basis, with online sessions and potential onsite.

Aufgaben

• Deliver engaging (virtual) live workshops on AI topics for executives and leaders.
• Collaborate with educators and industry experts to keep content up to date.
• Assess participant progress and provide personalized guidance in AI technologies.

Tasks

• Deliver engaging (virtual) live workshops on AI topics, ensuring they align with Bots & People’s social blended learning approach. Mainly to executives and Leaders.


• Collaborate with other educators and industry experts to ensure the highest quality of educational content and stay updated with the latest developments in AI and related fields.


• Assess and provide feedback on participants’ progress, offering personalized guidance to enhance their understanding and skills in AI technologies.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training curriculum by gathering participant feedback and implementing innovative teaching methods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training executive in Digital Skills - ideally generative AI


• 10+ years professional experience in enterrpise IT or Digital Transformation


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.


• Flexibility to work on a freelance basis with availability for live workshops and sessions - mostly online, but also potentially onsite.
