Job summary

ROBINSON Club GmbH is seeking a dedicated F&B Controller (m/f/d) to safeguard quality in incoming goods and support management with key figures. You will assist with turnover and cost control, prepare analyses, and monitor stock and consumption across F&B operations in our club network.

The role requires hotel industry training or hotel management education, German and English proficiency, and a flexible willingness to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six months.

Qualifications

• Hotel training or hotel management education.
• Experience in hotel business administration is a plus.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Enthusiasm for guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support admin director with tasks and ensure turnover and cost control.
• Prepare analyses for all departments and check incoming goods for quantity, price and processing.
• Perform inventories in F&B and profit center stores; monitor stock levels and consumption.
• Produce monthly F&B financial statements (targets vs actuals, kitchen results, stock lists).

Culinary highlights would hardly be possible without you! In your role as F&B controller (m/f/d), you’re responsible for the quality of incoming goods and have an eye for the best products. As an F&B controller (m/f/d), you’re the right-hand person to the management team and always have all the key figures to hand.

As an F&B controller, you support the administrative director in his or her tasks and take care of the turnover and cost control. You also prepare analyses for all departments and check the incoming goods for quantity, price and processing. You also perform inventories in F&B and profit center storehouses and constantly have an overview of incoming and outgoing goods and products.

Another task in your job as an F&B controller is the preparation of monthly financial statements for F&B (comparisons of targets vs. actual results, daily kitchen results, final stock lists, consumption lists, total operational consumption, differential list). You’re also available to your colleagues in case of questions. Together you make sure that the guests at our clubs have everything they need and you work closely together as a team. • Training in the hotel business or education as a hotel manager
• Ideally, experience in the business administration of a hotel
• Good knowledge of German and English
