Zusammenfassung

Exyte seeks an Expert Quantity Surveyor (CSA) to support Subcontracting Management through the full project lifecycle. You will bridge Engineering and Procurement, and oversee subcontractor payment applications.

Responsibilities include quantifying, BoQ preparation, and validating progress reports, with oversight for final measurements on contract close-out. Onboarding, training, and a buddy system accompany your start.

Qualifikationen

• Third-level education diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant post-qualification experience with a main contractor.
• Experience in EPC client projects with a total value exceeding €500 million.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

The Expert Quantity Surveyor (CSA) (m/f/d) supports Subcontracting Management within their area of expertise throughout the full project lifecycle. The Quantity Surveyor (m/f/d) plays an integral role within the Procurement & Subcontracting Team by managing the interface between Engineering and Procurement & Subcontracting, as well as overseeing the subcontractor payment application process.
