Job summary

Exyte is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to analyze drawings, prepare BoQs, and use digital tools for precise quantification on large-scale projects. You will verify subcontractor payments and support close-out activities on major EPC client programs valued at hundreds of millions of euros.

The role requires a third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, at least five years of post-qualification experience with main contractors, and strong communication and analytical skills to manage complex

• At least five years of relevant post-qualification experience with a main contractor.
• Relevant experience in EPC client projects with a total value exceeding €500 million.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to estimate quantities and costs.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) or Schedules of Rates specific to CSA systems.
• Use digital tools (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, Revit, BIM) to ensure precision and efficiency in quantification.
• Verify subcontractor payment applications and progress reports.
• Support the Subcontract Manager with final measurements for contract close-out.
