Hager Deutschland is seeking an IT Consultant (m/f/d) SAP Manufacturing Execution based in Blieskastel or Obernai on a permanent contract. You will drive SAP MES projects across production planning and execution, collaborating with manufacturing teams to implement digital solutions.

The role requires strong SAP experience (PP/PM/MES/ePP/DS), PM skills, and willingness to work in an international environment with travel as needed. Remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in information systems, computer science, or an equivalent.
• Several years of SAP project experience, ideally PP/PM/MES/ePP/DS.
• Strong PM skills and SAP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP manufacturing projects across sites, interfacing MES and ePP/DS.
• Collaborate with business teams to define IT solutions meeting requirements.
• Act as Project Manager and technical expert from concept to deployment.
• Plan milestones and ensure successful project execution.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for ABAP developers, coordinate testing.
• Coordinate development activities and rollout of the MES solution with internal and external teams.

Share your energy and make a difference—join us! We are currently looking for our future IT Consultant (m/f/d) SAP Manufacturing Execution based in Blieskastel or Obernai on a permanent contract.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for exciting SAP projects in the area of production planning and execution across all Hager manufacturing sites. You will work closely with the Manufacturing business teams in workshops to develop concepts, support the implementation of solutions, perform customizing activities, and take on a variety of additional tasks as part of a collaborative team environment.

• Your primary focus will be SAP manufacturing processes, including interfaces with our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and ePP/DS for production planning and control.
• In close collaboration with functional departments, you will define IT solutions that support end-to-end digitalization and meet business requirements.
• As Project Manager and technical expert, you will lead implementation projects from concept through deployment.
• Responsibility for project planning, milestone definition, and the successful execution of projects will be a key part of your role.
• You will translate business requirements into functional specifications for ABAP developers, coordinate testing activities, and support solution implementation.
• Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you will coordinate application development and drive the rollout of our existing MES solution.

Your Profile

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in SAP projects, ideally involving SAP PP, PM, MES, and/or ePP/DS.
• Strong knowledge of project management and SAP implementation activities.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Experience with ABAP, Fiori, reporting, or machine connectivity is considered an advantage.
• Fluent English skills; French or German is a plus, along with willingness to work in an international environment and travel when required.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset.
