Exyte GmbH in Germany seeks a commercially focused professional to own the financial performance of large-scale projects. You will drive cost control, forecasting, cash flow management and commercial optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams and project leadership.

The role requires several years of experience in handling large projects, fluent German and English, and willingness to travel or work on-site for long periods.

Qualifications

• Completed studies or training in business administration or engineering technology.
• Several years of professional experience in handling large projects.
• Knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international), costing, KORE and IFRS.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• High willingness to travel or keen to work on a construction site for a longer period of time (national assignment).
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable operating and communicating at all levels within an organization and with customers.

Responsabilités

• Responsibility for all commercial project related topics and commercial optimization of the project
• Control and monitoring of all commercial resources and agendas in the project (purchasing, project controlling, scheduling)
• Ensuring and being responsible for the content of the timely and qualitatively required project reporting and project cash flow management
• Preparation of budget and forecast - cooperation in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Coordination with the project manager for the purpose of achieving the project goals or their optimization
