Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Executive Vice President for Hotels & Hospitality, EMEA, based in Munich with European travel as required. You will lead strategic transactions, drive market opportunities across DACH, Nordics and CEE, and guide a high-performing team to deliver value for investors and operators.

The role requires a degree in hospitality/real estate, strong financial modelling, and fluent German and English.

We are currently seeking a Executive Vice President, EMEA Hotels & Hospitality business line. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Munich with travel within Europe as required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the strategic plan for transactions in DACH, Nordics and CEE


• Identify market trends and opportunities, proposing new services and adaptations to the existing portfolio


• Plan and supervise the lead generation function, taking personal responsibility for larger deals and complex clients


• Maintain a passionate and highly motivated team around you, ensuring development and retention as well as hiring of key staff


• Work seamlessly with the EMEA team and Capital Market Group Delivery to deliver portfolio transactions


• Ensure optimum delivery capability across the team through planning, training and development, and networking across the broader JLL network where appropriate


• Manage the P&L for the division to operating margin level and provide regular reports on pipeline and financial performance to senior management


• Deliver the JLL Hotels division to clients throughout DACH, Nordics and CEE and the regional market, acting as a trusted advisor to key clients and building a strong personal network


• Actively contribute in the EMEA Hotels leadership forum, working on cross-divisional projects


• Ensure close co-operation and build a trusted relationship within the EMEA Hotels & Hospitality team as well as the wider JLL firm

Requirements

• Excellent academic track record educated to degree level; a professional hospitality or real estate qualification would be an advantage e.g. RICS, HCIMA


• Relevant work experience with 8+ years with an investment bank, hospitality advisor or investor, and experience of both international and operational deals


• Track record of end to end deal involvement from either side of the transaction with experience of driving the process


• Experience of successfully handling multiple projects and keeping parallel processes on track


• Intellectually agile accompanied by excellent technical skills including financial modelling and analytical capability


• In-depth knowledge of the investor base, including large international operators, private equity funds and family offices, and how to sell into these successfully


• Knowledge of the European hospitality market would be preferred, including working knowledge of the hospitality investment, valuation, acquisition, development and asset management processes as well as financing


• Outstanding communication and presentation skills coupled with a balanced technical knowledge


• Good commercial acumen and sense for doing business; entrepreneurial; origination hustle


• Results‑driven, always striving to achieve challenging targets and deadlines; resilient


• Ability to travel throughout Europe essential.


• European language skills desirable


• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
