The Role

• Lead and develop the ESH/ERC team, driving a strong safety-first culture.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Develop and improve management systems, audits, and emergency response plans.
• Partner with regulators, stakeholders, and senior leadership to deliver best-in-class ESH performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through incident prevention and lessons learned.

About You

• Degree qualified in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' ESH leadership experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or other high-tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation, fire safety, and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
• Professional safety certification preferred, with fire protection or industrial hygiene qualifications an advantage.
• Fluent German and strong English skills are essential.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced international environment, with willingness to travel for onboarding and training.
