Job summary

comstruct ICT is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern to join the G&A team and help scale our international expansion. You will gain exposure to finance, talent, GTM, and operations in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will work on GTM & Operations, Talent sourcing, and central finance processes, with mentorship from our co-founder and CEO and a clear path toward potential full-time employment after the internship.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a top university with a strong academic record.
• Completed internships at investment banks, leading startups, or Tier 1 consultancies.
• Experience in financial modeling, automations, and developing sales processes.
• Highly driven with a track record of structure and ownership.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English.
• Role requires a high level of office presence.
• Nice to have: recently finished studies and seeking a 3-month internship with potential for full-time.

The mission:

comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a 12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors.

What you'll do:

As part of our growth, we are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern to join the G&A team.

This job is a unique opportunity to learn how to operate a startup - from Finance to Talent, GTM & operations.

What we are looking for:

• Recent graduation from one of the world's top universities

• You have completed internships in top investment banks, leading startups or Tier 1 consultancies

• You have experience in (financial) modeling, building automations and developing sales processes

• You are extremely driven and have a track record to prove that, as we expect a very high level of structure and ownership from you

• Full proficiency in German (C2) and English

• Please note that this role requires a high level of office presence

• Nice to have: You just finished your studies and are looking for a 3 month internship with opportunity to join full-time.

What you will be working on:

• GTM & Operations: Support the structure of our international expansion. You will work on central topics across our commercial departments to multiply our revenue.

• Talent: We need to find the best talent there is to build a world-class organization. In close cooperation with the comstruct leadership you will source some of the most relevant positions.

• Finance: You will own central processes including cost management and accounting.
