One Productivity Group seeks an Enterprise Solution Engineer to connect systems, automate workflows, and reduce operational complexity for diverse clients in Germany.

You will design scalable automation, engage in pre-sales, and collaborate with Sales and Consulting to deliver tangible business impact.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in solution engineering, automation, implementation, technical consulting or a related field.
• Strong experience with low-code or no-code platforms and workflow automation.
• Proven experience designing and implementing successful technical solutions for customers.
• The ability to simplify complex workflows and translate them into practical, scalable setups.
• Confident in customer-facing conversations from discovery to technical guidance.

About the role

This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure into technical complexity.

As an Enterprise Solution Engineer, the work starts where systems, tools and workflows no longer connect in the way they should. Manual work slows teams down, processes break between departments, and opportunities for automation remain unused. The challenge is to understand where that friction comes from and turn it into solutions that work in practice.

The role combines solution design, technical consulting, pre-sales support and implementation. It moves between helping prospects understand what is possible, designing scalable automation setups, and working with customers to make those solutions successful after the sale.

It is strategic, hands on and client-facing, with a strong focus on real business impact.

Your mission

What the role involves

• Analyzing customer processes, existing tools and workflow challenges across teams
• Designing technical solutions using platforms such as Make, Airtable and Asana
• Translating complex operational needs into scalable automation and integration setups
• Supporting pre-sales conversations by helping prospects understand the value of connected systems and cross-tool workflows
• Working closely with Sales to handle technical questions, shape solution direction and support commercial opportunities
• Leading or supporting the implementation of customer solutions together with Consulting and Sales
• Advising customers on how to move from manual or fragmented processes to more digital and automated ways of working
• Identifying technical opportunities that can be developed into repeatable services, internal products or new business models
• Contributing to partner relationships with platforms such as Make and Airtable
• Helping further build the Solution Engineering capability within the organization

Your profile

• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with platforms such as Make, Airtable, Asana or similar tooling is a strong advantage
