Bluehive, part of One Productivity Group, seeks a Solution Consultant to grow into a trusted advisor by tackling real collaboration and workflow challenges. You will understand environments with unclear processes, align teams, and guide customers toward clearer, more effective ways of working.

The role blends consulting, implementation, facilitation and customer guidance, moving between assessing current practices, designing stronger Asana workflows, supporting adoption and ensuring changes land

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of consulting, process improvement, project management or SaaS implementation.
• Experience with Asana, monday.com, Airtable or similar platforms.

This role is for someone who wants to grow into a strong consultant by working on real collaboration and workflow challenges.

As a Solution Consultant, you help organizations improve the way teams work together. The starting point is often a setup where processes are unclear, ways of working differ across teams, and collaboration is harder than it should be. Your role is to understand that environment, bring structure to it and help customers move toward a clearer and more effective way of working.

The role combines consulting, implementation, facilitation and customer guidance. It moves between understanding how an organization works today, designing stronger workflows in Asana, supporting adoption and helping new structures land successfully in practice.

It is hands‑on, client‑facing and focused on creating real impact rather than theory.

Your mission

What the role involves

• Analyzing customer processes, collaboration challenges and existing ways of working
• Designing and implementing structured workflows in Asana
• Configuring customer environments, including projects, portfolios, goals and automations
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions, both virtual and on‑site
• Supporting customers during onboarding and adoption phases
• Identifying optimization opportunities in existing work management setups
• Collaborating closely with Sales during handovers and scoping sessions
• Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and the development of best practices
• Supporting change initiatives within client organizations to help new ways of working land successfully

Your profile

What makes a strong fit

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, IT or a related field
• Around 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, process improvement, project management or SaaS implementation
• Experience with tools such as Asana, monday.com, Airtable or similar platforms
• Confidence in facilitating workshops or team sessions
• Strong communication skills and a good sense of stakeholder dynamics
• Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• A structured, proactive and customer‑focused way of working
• Curiosity, ownership and the ambition to grow into a more senior consulting role
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops when needed
