This role is for someone who enjoys translating complexity into practical systems. As a Solution Engineer, you work with customers who want to improve the way their operations are structured and delivered. Your role involves understanding current workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and building scalable solutions in Airtable, Make, and AI‑enabled workflows to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing customer processes, workflows, and system setups.
• Design and implement structured solutions in Airtable.
• Build automations and integrations using Make.
• Support the development of AI‑enabled workflows and practical AI use cases where relevant.
• Translate business needs into scalable systems and operational setups.
• Advise customers on improving existing workflows, tools, and ways of working.
• Identify optimization opportunities in current customer environments and turn them into concrete improvements.
• Support customers during implementation and help new structures and systems land successfully in practice.
• Work confidently with customers to explain solutions, guide decisions, and build trust.
• Contribute to internal standards, scalable delivery approaches, and better ways of building customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Airtable, Make and/or AI‑related workflows.
• Experience in solution engineering, implementation, process improvement or a related field is a strong advantage.
