We are seeking a hands-on Data & Analytics leader to define and drive enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, and operational excellence. You will deliver trusted insights across the business through data cataloging, governance frameworks, and enterprise data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve standards for Data Domains, Data Products, Metadata, and Data Capabilities.
• Lead the vision, objectives, and delivery of an enterprise Data Catalog to drive governed insights.
• Manage procurement and selection of Data Catalog tools aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with enterprise and data architects to implement integrated data solutions.
• Design and govern a Tableau ecosystem aligned with the data lakehouse, certifying metrics and enforcing data ownership.
• Implement data governance frameworks, monitor data quality, and enforce regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Report program performance, risks, and KPIs to senior stakeholders and executives.

Required Skills
