Responsibilities

• Lead TIM meetings, including coordination, preparation, moderation, and follow-up.
• Qualify and prioritize growth opportunities identified in existing markets, aligning with strategic goals and portfolio structures.
• Ensure project goals, budgets, and timelines are met; identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage resources and assist in annual resource planning.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for top management.
• Support the senior leadership team with meeting and workshop preparation.
• Analyze market trends and technological developments to identify business opportunities.
• Contribute to the qualification and operationalization of M&A opportunities.

What you will need

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a PMO role of at least 3 years is a must-have, ideally within R&D.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (experience in matrix organizations is an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and business opportunities.
• Experience in M&A processes is a plus.
• Background in consulting, especially within the adhesive or chemical industry, would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
• Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Must demonstrate outstanding ability to convey ideas clearly while maintaining straightforward, transparent communication.
• Empathetic and Open-Minded: Ability to understand and connect with diverse perspectives.
• Global Networking and Relationship Building: Ability in establishing and nurturing professional relationships across a diverse and international environment.
