To support this growth, we're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Frankfurt team.

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage engineering design activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and Sedgman's standards. You will also contribute to engineering estimating and support tender development, playing a key role in project planning and execution.

Qualifications

You are a seasoned Engineering Manager with strong engineering estimating capabilities and a passion for delivering innovative solutions, with the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
• Minimum 20 years' experience in engineering design, including 10+ years leading multi-discipline engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering projects within an EPC / EPCM environment.
• Strong leadership, client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and global project environments.
• Commercially astute, decisive and results-driven, with a focus on delivering successful project outcomes.
• A collaborative and influential leadership style, with a track record of building, developing and growing high-performing technical teams.
• Innovative, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, enabling you to build trusted relationships and achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (professional proficiency).
