Atlas Copco in Germany (Werdohl) seeks a technically experienced engineer to plan, design and manage bespoke hydraulic systems and related projects on site. You will prepare quotations, study feasibility, and collaborate across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and QA to deliver robust, innovative solutions.

You will contribute to standardisation, support new technologies, and act as a key technical contact for clients and suppliers while developing your leadership skills within a growing,

Qualifications

• A successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, fluid technology or a comparable technical qualification with relevant further training.
• Several years’ professional experience in design, development or plant engineering.
• Experience in project management, ideally combined with existing leadership skills in managing staff.
• Proficiency in using modern CAD and ERP systems.
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good written and spoken German and English.
