Zusammenfassung

Zurich Engineering seeks an experienced engineer to conduct statutory inspections of lift and crane equipment. You will provide expert opinions and help clients comply with standards, reporting findings with a rugged laptop.

The role requires hands-on discipline knowledge, a UK driving licence, and the ability to work from home while visiting clients within a reasonable distance. You will join a multi-disciplinary team under a Team Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced engineer with sound knowledge of the relevant engineering discipline.
• Ideally Level 4 qualification (HND/HNC) in a relevant engineering field; minimum Level 3.
• Time served or Modern Apprenticeship.
• Hands-on experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Lift and/or crane equipment experience advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing, repair, maintenance, mechanical or motor trade advantageous.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Willingness and ability to work paid overtime.
• Good IT skills and high levels of literacy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence making sound engineering judgements.
