Zusammenfassung

Die GreenLife GmbH in Schwerin sucht eine(n) Mitarbeiter(in) für den Bereich Einkauf und Verkauf (m/w/d). Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung von Kundenangeboten, die Neuanlage von Aufträgen, die Überwachung von Bestellungen, die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie die Pflege von Kundenstammdaten. Die idealen Kandidaten haben Erfahrung im Back Office, beherrschen MS Office und SAP Business One und kommunizieren sicher in Englisch. Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Kundenangeboten.
• Neuanlage von Kundenaufträgen und Versand von Auftragsbestätigungen.
• Auftragsüberwachung und -planung.
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Gutschriften.
• Pflege der Kundenstammdaten.
• Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung.
• Telefonische Unterstützung und schriftliche Auftragsabwicklung.
• Sicherstellung von Aufgaben aus dem Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement.
• Abwicklung von Zollformalitäten.

What will your role involve?

• elaboration of customer offers
• new creation of customer orders and dispatch of order confirmations
• order scheduling and monitoring
• handling of complaints and processing of credits
• maintenance of customer master data
• cooperation in continuous process optimization
• telephone support and written order execution
• assuring the tasks from quality and environmental management
• handling of customs formalities

What you will need:

• professional experience in back office desirable
• good MS Office and SAP Business One skills
• good command of written and spoken English
• team spirit and strong communication skills
• reliable and systematic as well as independent approach
• high motivation and commitment
