• Negotiate prices and delivery terms
• Track deadlines from ordering to receipt of goods
• Process complaints
• Work closely with our specialist departments in-house and at the locations
• General administrative activities and order processing
• Monitor, maintain and evaluate our ERP system Sage 100

Qualifications

• Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing
• Confident handling of MS Office, as well as experience with ERP systems
• Good communication skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness
• Good written and spoken English skills
