Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our Base Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in a variety of settings across the base, ensuring all work is compliant with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, conduits, and equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including circuit overloads, short circuits, and ground faults.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and correct potential hazards or code violations.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute projects accurately.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical work adheres to company policies, safety protocols, and local, state, and national electrical codes, including the NEC.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections.

Desired Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or vocational training highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a journeyman electrician or in a similar role.
