Job summary

King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for Frankfurt to lead on-site activities, coordinate permits, and manage subcontractors. The role requires supervising electrical installation, RAMS, and EHSQ compliance while guiding apprentices and coordinating with project teams.

The candidate should be a fully qualified electrician with QC testing credentials, strong interpersonal and computer skills, and willingness to travel as required on European projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE.
• Coordinate permits and weekly look ahead planning.
• Direct and train apprentices for deliveries and daily checks.
• Oversee labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Execute commissioning and closeout plan.
• Update progress reports and QA documentation.

Job Description

Due to the continued growth of our European teams, we are now looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Frankfurt, to manage all site elements of assigned projects for King & Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.

This role reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and will involve liaising daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors and Subcontractors.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
• Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
• Map out weekly look heads and planning.
• On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
• Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
• Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Execution of commissioning and closeout plan.
• Ensure close out of snag lists.
• Update appropriate information to progress report.
• Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
• Communicate changes to the Project team.
• Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
• Fully Qualified Electrician – Qualified QC Tester
• Project Management experience beneficial
• Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Willingness to do some travel if/when required
