Job summary

King and Moffatt is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Frankfurt team. You will manage all site elements of assigned projects, ensuring EHSQ compliance, timely deliveries, and successful commissioning.

You will liaise daily with suppliers, site supervisors, project managers and subcontractors, providing leadership and faultless execution while maintaining quality standards and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Fully Qualified Electrician with QC Tester qualification.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE.
• Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
• Plan weekly look aheads and planning.
• Coordinate plant hire, tools and labour on-site.
• Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and checks.
• Oversee labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Execute commissioning and closeout plan.
• Close out snag lists.
• Update progress reports and communicate changes to the project team.
• Maintain the Document Management System and project quality reporting.

Job Description

Due to the continued growth of our European teams, we are now looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Frankfurt, to manage all site elements of assigned projects for King & Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.

This role reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and will involve liaising daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors and Subcontractors.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
• Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
• Map out weekly look heads and planning.
• On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
• Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
• Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Execution of commissioning and closeout plan.
• Ensure close out of snag lists.
• Update appropriate information to progress report.
• Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
• Communicate changes to the Project team.
• Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
• Fully Qualified Electrician – Qualified QC Tester
• Project Management experience beneficial
• Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Willingness to do some travel if/when required
