Job summary

King & Moffatt Building Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for Frankfurt to manage all site elements of assigned projects, ensuring on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ, RAMS and PPE. This role reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and involves close liaison with suppliers, site supervisors, project managers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Fully Qualified Electrician and QC Tester qualifications.
• People management experience.
• Project management experience beneficial.
• Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel if/when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE etc.
• Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
• Map out weekly look heads and planning.
• On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
• Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
• Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Execution of commissioning and closeout plan.
• Ensure close out of snag lists.
• Deliver on labour tracker.
• Manage relevant external correspondence.
• Order all day-to-day site materials.
• Update appropriate information to progress report.
• Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
• Manage project-specific scheduling.
• Communicate changes to the Project team.
• Maintain project quality reporting and monitoring.

Job Description

Due to the continued growth of our European teams, we are now looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Frankfurt, to manage all site elements of assigned projects for King & Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.

This role reports to the Project/Contracts Manager and will involve liaising daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors and Subcontractors.
