Our client, a premier Mechanical and Electrical building services provider with a distinguished history spanning over 45 years, is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. This is an opportunity to join an organisation that excels at large-scale project delivery in the heart of Europe, providing comprehensive solutions across sectors such as Data Centres, Industrial, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking the lead on all project documentation, including the generation and management of Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensuring the timely collation and approval of technical submittals.
• Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from attending project start-up meetings to managing the final handover process.
• Controlling project resources by maintaining the labour tracker, ensuring adequate material availability, and coordinating the delivery of all plant and equipment.
• Driving project delivery by establishing construction and commissioning programmes, implementing the commission plan on site, and managing the project-specific scheduling.
• Reporting and relationship management through the maintenance of weekly Progress Reports (including change / variation management), attending site meetings, and liaising directly with main contractors and the client-based site team.
• Generating periodic snag lists and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager role or a comparable position.
• A strong, demonstrable track record of successfully delivering large-scale electrical projects.
• Prior experience in supervising and mentoring site teams.
• A formal qualification in Construction or Project Management is preferred, though not essential given relevant experience.
