Jobtailor in Germany is seeking an Electrical Engineer to help bring climate tech hardware from prototype to international deployment. You will design electrical systems, create schematics, select components and develop PCB layouts for the Road Power Plant family.

You will collaborate with mechanical, hydraulic, software and physics teams, conduct testing and validation, and push for production readiness while focusing on reliability and scalability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field; equivalent practical experience welcome.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in electrical hardware development or related roles.
• Experience bringing electrical systems from concept to production readiness.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design, circuit development, component selection, and system integration.
• Experience with testing, validation and debugging of electronic systems.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent English communication; German is an advantage.
• Ideally experience with power electronics, embedded systems, renewable energy technologies or industrial product development.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
• At least 2 years of hands on experience in electrical hardware development, electronic product development or comparable engineering roles.
• Experience developing electrical systems from concept through production readiness.
• Strong knowledge of PCB design, circuit development, component selection and system integration.
• Experience with testing, validation and debugging of electronic systems.

• Excellent communication skills in English. German is considered an advantage.
