About the Role

We are looking for a Hardware Design Engineer who can take ownership of electronic designs from concept through production. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building robust hardware systems, supporting product bring-up, and resolving real-world technical challenges.

You will work closely with internal and client stakeholders to develop reliable embedded systems and electronic products.

Core Responsibilities

Hardware Design

• Design analog and digital circuits working with OpAmps, BJTs, MOSFETs, MCUs, power circuits, and signal conditioning.
• Perform component selection and sourcing, balancing performance, cost, and availability.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions for embedded electronics products.
• Perform hardware bring-up, testing, and debugging of prototypes and production boards.
• Support soldering, rework, and lab-based troubleshooting when required.
• Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power analyzers to diagnose issues.

Product Development & Production

• Take end-to-end ownership of hardware designs, from concept through validation.
• Support manufacturing and production, including working with PCB vendors and assembly houses.
• Assist with design validation, testing procedures, and documentation.
• Investigate field or customer-reported hardware issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and develop robust technical solutions.
• Work with internal teams and clients to ensure reliable product operation.

Required Experience & Skills

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of experience in electronics engineering.
• Solid experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Hands-on experience designing with components such as OpAmps, BJTs, MOSFETs, MCUs, and so on.
• Experience designing at least two complex real products.
• Ability to design schematics and smaller PCB layouts.
• Experience with hardware bring-up, testing, and debugging.
• Practical lab experience including soldering and board-level troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting production and manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership of engineering outcomes.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice-to-Haves

• Strong skills in analytical Matlab or Python
• Professional experience with Embedded Software Development
• Experience with industrial communication protocols such as CAN, EtherCAT, ModBus and ROS.
• Python scripting for test automation or tooling.
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing frameworks such as dSPACE, Vector Informatik, or National Instruments systems.
• Experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) systems or RF experimentation.
