Front Row is seeking an Ecommerce Consultant – Amazon (f/m/d) to support clients in growing their online business. The role is full-time and based in Hamburg, with flexible remote options.

You will engage with Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central projects, drive growth measures, and contribute across product data, marketing, CRM, and analytics. You will gain hands-on exposure to Sponsored Ads, translate data into client-ready insights, and collaborate with a diverse, international team.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of professional experience in e-commerce with a clear focus on Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central).
• Experience in an agency, consultancy, or with a brand involved in marketplace selling is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to grow into a strategic/advisory role with initiative and ownership.

Our Marketplace Management team is currently looking for a motivated Ecommerce Consultant – Amazon (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

About our Marketplace Management Team

Responsibilities

You will act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for your clients, supporting their Amazon Vendor Central (1P) projects and helping to drive successful outcomes, with exposure to hybrid 1P/3P setups considered a plus.

You will help develop and implement growth-focused measures across e-commerce and Amazon-related topics, working closely with senior team members while progressively taking on more ownership of your own workstreams.

You will contribute to cross-divisional measures, including product data/content optimization, marketing and paid media campaigns, CRM, and analytics, to enhance project success and client satisfaction.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and/or Sponsored Display), supporting campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization alongside our advertising specialists.

You will help translate campaign and account data into clear, client-ready insights and recommendations.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines, learning from their expertise while actively contributing to the team's overall success and building towards greater ownership of your own client portfolio.

You will stay on top of new developments in your area and regularly share these insights with your team.

Requirements

You enjoy client-facing work and feel comfortable communicating with clients; explaining topics clearly and in a structured way comes naturally to you.

You have 2–4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, with a clear focus on Amazon (Amazon Vendor & Seller Central); exposure to Sponsored Ads is a plus.

You have ideally gained experience in an agency, consultancy, or with a brand involved in marketplace selling.

You are ready to take ownership of tasks and support operational processes with a customer-oriented mindset, and you're keen to grow into a stronger strategic and advisory role over time.

You demonstrate self-initiative, prioritize tasks independently, and maintain a proactive approach to challenges.

You are self-motivated with a genuine thirst for continuous learning and expanding your knowledge base.

You possess solid analytical capabilities, a conceptual mindset, and a solution-oriented approach.

You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
