Job summary

Front Row Germany is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Sponsored Ads, Amazon SEA (f/m/d) in Hamburg to lead Amazon Ads strategies and optimize campaigns for client growth.

You will work within a diverse team, leveraging data and tools to deliver value for established German brands and fast-moving digital players, with flexible hours and a modern Hamburg office.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional online/performance marketing experience.
• In-depth know-how of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads) with focus on ADSP is a plus.
• Very good Excel skills; PivotTables are familiar to you.
• Strong analytical and technical understanding with solution orientation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong customer communication skills.
• Self-initiative and ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all Amazon Marketing activities.
• Oversee design, planning, steering, monitoring and optimization of Sponsored Ads campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Develop campaign strategies for existing and new customers based on business goals.
• Support other campaign managers and improve processes, tools, and reports.
• Expand consulting and service portfolio by considering market and tech developments for client value.

Our Advertising team is currently looking for a motivated Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Sponsored Ads, Amazon SEA (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.
Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all Amazon Marketing activities
• You are operationally responsible for design, planning, steering, monitoring and optimizing Sponsored Ads campaigns according to defined performance goals
• You develop campaign strategies for existing and new customers based on their respective business goals
• You support other campaign managers through professional sparring and optimize the quality of campaign management by constantly improving and further developing processes, tools, reports, etc.
• You constantly develop our consulting and service portfolio by considering new market and technology developments to ensure that we create a real value-added for our customers
• You will have the opportunity for career advancement, potentially stepping into leadership roles and guiding strategic initiatives within the team
  

Requirements

• You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and to expand your own know-how daily
• You have at least 2-4 years of professional experience and expertise in online and performance marketing
• You possess in-depth know-how and experience in the field of Amazon Advertising (Focus Sponsored Ads, added benefit of ADSP)
• You possess very good Excel skills and for instance PivotTables are not new to you
• You are highly analytical and possess a good technical understanding as well as quality and solution orientation
• You have a good sense of communicating with customers and ability to present complex contexts in a comprehensible way
• You show self-initiative and are able to prioritize tasks independently
• You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in English
