Job summary

Front Row in Hamburg is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for Amazon who speaks Japanese to drive our clients' online growth. You will own Amazon campaigns including Sponsored Ads, DSP and AMG, plan and optimize activities, and work with the team to deliver measurable results.

You will collaborate across campaigns, maintain high data quality, and contribute to improved processes while exploring leadership opportunities within a diverse, international team.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of professional experience in online and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), preferably including DSP, AMG, and practical Amazon SEO.
• Very good Excel skills, PivotTables are not new to you.
• Highly analytical with strong technical understanding and solution orientation.
• Strong communication skills with customers and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Self-initiative and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent knowledge of Japanese and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Take over responsibility for all Amazon Marketing activities (Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG) for existing and future customers.
• Plan, steer, monitor and optimize campaigns to meet defined performance goals.
• Develop campaign strategies for existing and new customers with the team.
• Support fellow campaign managers and continuously improve processes, tools, and reports.
• Contribute to leadership initiatives and growth within the team.

Our Performance Marketing team is currently looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Manager Amazon - Japanese Speaking (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

You take over responsibility for all Amazon Marketing activities (in particular Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG) of existing and future customers

You are operationally responsible for design, planning, steering, monitoring and optimizing Sponsored Ads campaigns according to defined performance goals

You develop campaign strategies for existing and new customers based on their respective business goals together with your team members

You support other campaign managers and optimize the quality of campaign management by constantly improving and further developing processes, tools, reports, etc.

You will have the opportunity for career advancement, potentially stepping into leadership roles and guiding strategic initiatives within the team

Requirements

You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and to expand your own know-how daily
