As an E-Commerce Manager for Italy, you will make sure to capture local demand and drive strong growth by managing the country's commercial calendar and making our online offer locally relevant to our customers. You will work closely with other e-commerce experts such as our pricing, commercial planners and the marketing team to craft attractive campaigns and locally relevant products to our customers.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

Own the local homepage in terms of content and commercial campaigns and design and execute actions to capture local demand in line with the local trading strategy. Plan, implement, analyse and develop onsite campaigns and navigation points to optimise the customer journey and drive business performance.

Generate weekly assortment and website performance insights about your markets in order to capture maximal local demand in line with the local trading strategy.

Collaborate closely with the Commercial Planning and Pricing team to define the long-term commercial plan and weekly steering actions.

Provide input on the local market needs , customer profiles, competitive landscape and identify assortment related business opportunities.

Help define the local assortment strategy and ensure that relevant assortment for the local customer is made visible across all touch points.

Participate in functional and cross-functional projects and interact with various stakeholders, e.g. with Marketing, Supply or Digital Experience.

3+ years of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably at a multi-national fashion or beauty online retailer.

Strong analytical skills, a result-oriented mentality with a drive to get things done and ability to work independently; you have excellent knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics knowledge is a plus

Experience in merchandising management

Commercial mindset and solid understanding of online fashion trading, you have a profound knowledge of the competitive landscape and latest fashion trends in Romania. Knowledge about the Hungarian market is a plus.

Experience working with different stakeholders and managing cross functional projects. Great organizational skills.

You have a proactive attitude and are a hands-on person who is curious to understand how things are done more than delegating tasks.

Native or proficiency in Romanian, Hungarian is a plus
