Webasto Group sucht motivierte Studierende für ein duales technisches Studium, beginnend am 01.09.2026. Sie wechseln teorische Phasen an Hochschulen mit praktischen Einsätzen in Webasto-Abteilungen in Neubrandenburg/Schierling und sammeln Erfahrung in Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik.

Sie arbeiten an Projekten rund um Heiz- und Kühlsysteme, Thermomanagement und E-Mobilität, gewinnen Einblicke in Entwicklung, Produktion, Logistik und Qualitätssicherung und bauen eine fundierte

Qualifikationen

• Technisch orientierte duale/duales Studium in den genannten Fachrichtungen.
• Interesse an einem technischen Dualstudium in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik.
• Begeisterung für technische Fragestellungen und die Automobilindustrie.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative.
• Motivation, sich mit neuen Technologien auseinanderzusetzen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Aufgaben

• Kombination aus theoretischen Phasen an Hochschulen und praktischen Phasen bei Webasto.
• Praktische Einsätze in technischen Abteilungen, je nach Studiengang.
• Mitwirkung an Projekten zu Heiz- und Kühlsystemen, Thermomanagement und E-Mobilität.
• Einblicke in Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Produktion, Logistik und Qualitätssicherung.
• Aufbau einer breiten technischen Fundierung.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks during your training:

• Combination of theoretical phases at Hochschule Stralsund, Duale Hochschule Gera-Eisenach, or Hochschule Wismar with practical phases at Webasto Thermo & Comfort SE in Neubrandenburg
• Practical experience depending on the study program (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechatronics & Automation, Engineering - Design, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Logistics, or Electrical Engineering) in various technical departments
• Participation in projects related to heating and cooling systems, thermal management, and e-mobility
• Insights into development, design, production, logistics, and quality assurance
• Building a broad technical foundation

• (Technical) high school diploma or equivalent qualification with good grades in mathematics and natural sciences
• Interest in a technical dual study program in the mentioned fields of study
• Enthusiasm for technical issues and the automotive industry

You can expect fair compensation from us:

• 1st year of training: 1.223,00 Euro
• 2nd year of training: 1.325,00 Euro
• 3rd year of training: 1.412,00 Euro
• 4th year of training: 1.493,00 Euro
