Webasto SE invites you to start a dual study in Vehicle System Engineering, combining theory at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University with hands-on experience at Webasto in Stockdorf.

You'll engage in product development, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and experience testing and quality assurance from day one, shaping your own career path in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong general or subject-specific university entrance qualification (with aptitude test at the Cooperative State University, if applicable).
• Very good to good grades in mathematics and physics/chemistry.
• Flexibility, willingness to learn, determination and initiative.
• Willingness to spend the theoretical study phases in Baden-Württemberg at the Friedrichshafen campus in Ravensburg.

Responsibilities

• Direct involvement in the product development process from idea to market-ready product.
• Integration into interdisciplinary project teams to shape mechanical to electronic/mechatronic solutions.
• Gain insights into testing and quality assurance processes with extensive testing cycles.
• Dual study program in Vehicle System Engineering at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (BWCSU) with practical application here.
• Freedom to choose training departments such as Project Management, Business Development, and Validation for an individualized career path.

You can expect fair compensation from us:
