Grammer AG sucht motivierte Talente für das Dual Degree Program in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt FACT (m/w/d). Das Programm verbindet praktische Ausbildung im Vertrieb mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Studium und nimmt Studierende an beiden Standorten Ursensollen und Amberg-Weiden auf.

Ziel ist eine spätere Tätigkeit im Technical Sales, Key Account Management und Produktmanagement.

Dual Degree Program in Business Administration Specialization FACT (m/f/d)

Students acquire interdisciplinary core competencies that meet the demands of international technical sales. These include technical and commercial as well as methodological, linguistic, social and intercultural knowledge. They are necessary to interest potential customers in our technical products and services and to convince them of our company's capabilities. For their later work as sales representatives, students learn how to approach customers, recognize problems, offer solutions and activate the various functions of the company to realize customer wishes.The dual study program lasts 4.5 years and takes place alternately at GRAMMER AG in Ursensollen and at OTH Amberg - Weiden.

The fields of activity of the graduates include:
Technical Sales, Key Account Management, Sales Management, Product Management, Technical Management, Technical Purchasing, Industrial Goods Marketing, Customer Care and Consulting, and Service.
