Siemens Energy is seeking a highly experienced turbomachinery design expert to guide development across the global turbine portfolio. You will influence design for manufacturing, additively manufactured components, and standards that drive efficiency and innovation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in gate decisions, and mentor R&D initiatives while translating customer needs into new technologies for sustainable energy solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the business and communities, fostering idea generation and collaboration across disciplines.

• Possess extensive experience in the design of turbomachines.
• Demonstrate extensive technological knowledge in design and design for manufacturing, particularly in additive manufacturing, and identify suitable manufacturing processes for turbine components.
