SRH International College in Munich seeks a Director of Learning and Teaching to provide strategic leadership for academic provision across Heidelberg, Berlin, and Munich. Based at the Munich campus, you will guide curriculum development, QA, and teaching quality to enhance student outcomes.

You will manage a team of Senior Lecturers, develop shared frameworks, and engage with partners to promote an inclusive, international learning environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in an academic leadership role within higher education.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic policies.
• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to other campuses.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy.
• Fluency in both English and German is essential.
• Passion for innovative and student-focused education.

We are currently seeking a Director of Learning and Teaching (m/f/d) to provide strategic leadership for all academicprovisionacross our colleges in Heidelberg, Berlin, and Munich. The Role

Based at our Munich campus, you will lead the academic development and quality assurance strategy across all three colleges. Your leadership will play a key role in ensuring outstanding teaching quality, student engagement, retention, and academic outcomes.
