Zusammenfassung

Tétris, a subsidiary of JLL, seeks a Furniture Consultant (Business Manager) to advise clients on furniture design solutions, develop sales activities, and create look books with financial follow-ups.

You will coordinate projects across offices and logistics, build customer loyalty, and collaborate with contractors and internal fit-out teams; travel is required. On-site in Munich, strong English and office furniture knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in furniture design/distribution
• Strong understanding of 360° space layouts and office design
• Customer-focused with a proven sales mindset
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and contractors
• Proficient in English; driving license and willingness to travel

We assist our clients as a consultant and general contractor and offer a full turnkey service to companies wanting to fit out their offices, as well as investors who want to renovate or refurbish their properties (shops, offices, hotels, bank agencies).

Present on 3 continents and in 12 countries, Tétris, current leader in Design & Build, continues its growth with a turnover of approximately 800 million euros and more than 900 employees.

As part of its growth strategy, Tetris opened a new department in France dedicated to the distribution of furniture and accessories for all its customers and prospects.

Following the success of this strategy we are establishing the Furniture Solutions business across all our Tetris countries.

Role / Mission

Description

• Reporting directly to the Furniture Solutions Cluster Director, you will:
• Advise customers, investors and purchasing advisors in furniture design solutions.
• Develop sales activities and professional network.
• Create sales offers and look book presentations with financial follow-ups.
• Global coordination of a project with a strong interaction with the assistants, the logistics department, and the other departments of the JLL / Tetris group.
• Client follow-up and create customer loyalty.
• Monitoring of furniture installations when required.
• Co-ordinating with other contractors such as Electrical/AV/IT/Planting as well as internal fit out teams.

• Furniture industry knowledge 7+ Years
• Solid experience of professional furniture distribution
• A strong culture of design and 360 ° space layouts
• A keen sense of business and customer satisfaction.
