Zusammenfassung

Jones Lang LaSalle in Munich seeks a Furniture Consultant to advise customers on design solutions and develop sales activities. You will create offers and look books and coordinate projects across departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Reporting to Furniture Solutions leadership, you will liaise with logistics and other contractors, support customer loyalty, and travel as required to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• Furniture industry knowledge required.
• 7+ years solid experience in professional furniture distribution.
• Strong sense of design and 360° space layouts.
• Excellent customer satisfaction focus and team spirit.

• Proficient in Office applications; good English; driving license.

As part of its growth strategy, Tetris opened a new department in France dedicated to the distribution of furniture and accessories for all its customers and prospects. Following the success of this strategy we are establishing the Furniture Solutions business across all our Tetris countries.

Role / Mission Description

Reporting directly to the Furniture Solutions Cluster Director, you will:

• Advise customers, investors and purchasing advisors in furniture design solutions.
• Develop sales activities and professional network.
• Create sales offers and look book presentations with financial follow-ups.
• Global coordination of a project with a strong interaction with the assistants, the logistics department, and the other departments of the JLL / Tetris group.
• Client follow-up and create customer loyalty.
• Monitoring of furniture installations when required.
• Co-ordinating with other contractors such as Electrical/AV/IT/Planting as well as internal fit out teams.
