The role ofDirector Fleet Intelligence & AI (m/f/d)is a unique opportunity to make a significant business impact at SIXT. You will be working with a fleet of 200,000 vehicles and transforming complex data into scalable, faster, and better decisions. Equipped with advanced technology and full access to business experts and management, your contributions will directly support key stakeholders in Vehicle Purchase and Vehicle Sales. This senior individual contributor position offers end-to-end ownership of critical topics with strong functional leadership across stakeholders, based at our headquarters in Pullach close to Munich. • You lead high-impact initiatives byidentifyingand prioritizing fleet optimization topics with the highest business value
• You take end-to-end ownership from problem framing through implementation to measurable business outcomes
• You focus on balancing sophistication, speed, and business value to deliver pragmatic, outcome-driven solutions
• You build and own our fleet optimization tool, refining it into the gold standard in collaboration with Demand Management and Operations
• You bring your data scienceexpertiseto the business, enabling the department to develop robust optimization models
