Job summary

Sixt SE is seeking a Director Fleet Intelligence & AI (m/f/d) at our Pullach HQ near Munich. You will own high-impact fleet optimization initiatives, turning complex data into faster, better decisions across Vehicle Purchase and Vehicle Sales.

Lead with data science to deploy scalable models and pragmatic AI solutions. Expect cross-functional leadership and end-to-end ownership from problem framing to implementation, collaborating with Demand Management and Operations to refine tools and deliver

Qualifications

• Hands-On responsibility from problem framing to implementation and outcomes.
• Balance sophistication, speed, and value; choose pragmatic solutions.
• Background in statistics, optimization, and data-driven solving in mobility/logistics.
• Applied AI skills to improve analysis, decision systems, or workflows.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

This senior individual contributor position offers end-to-end ownership of critical topics with strong functional leadership across stakeholders, based at our headquarters in Pullach close to Munich. • You lead high-impact initiatives byidentifyingand prioritizing fleet optimization topics with the highest business value
• You take end-to-end ownership from problem framing through implementation to measurable business outcomes
• You focus on balancing sophistication, speed, and business value to deliver pragmatic, outcome-driven solutions
• You build and own our fleet optimization tool, refining it into the gold standard in collaboration with Demand Management and Operations
• You bring your data scienceexpertiseto the business, enabling the department to develop robust optimization models
